 Spring 2013 Request for Field-Based Placement
**Online application opens January 14, 2013 at 8:00am
 

Online Application Due: January 31, 2013 by 5:00pm
Crim. History Release Form Due: February 1, 2013 by 5:00pm (to Cert. Office)
 

Application Process

Step 1) Complete an online request for field-based placement using the TK20 online system. Click here for instructions.

Step 2) Print and complete the appropriate criminal history release form (see below). Submit the release form to the Certification Office (MB3215) by the deadline. If you are seeking placement outside of MISD or ECISD you will need to provide documentation that you have completed the district's requirements for background checks.

Request for Special Placement Due to Extenuating Circumstances:
If a specific school site is required due to an extenuating circumstance please click here. This form needs to be submitted to the Certification Office (MB3215) by February 1, 2013 at 5:00pm.
