Classes for Cohort I began in January 2010. The application process for Cohort II will begin in Spring 2011. Twelve students are selected per cohort.  Announcements will be made via our web site and the press when the application process for Cohort II begins. In addition, a publicized Informational Meeting will be held to provide information and to answer questions from prospective doctoral students and others. We look forward to having you with us at that time.
